To delete your profile, please follow the instructions below:
- Open your profile page.
- Tap on Account
- Tap on Delete account at the bottom of the screen and follow the instructions.
It's easy to edit your profile by doing the following:
- Open your profile page
- Tap on the icon in the three dotted icon on the top right corner to edit your profile
Nice, you’re getting verified, good call! Don’t worry, it’s not hard: Go to your profile and tap ‘the red verification button’ and follow the prompts. Copy the example pose we give you and take a photo, It should only take a minute or so to verify you!
We understand that there are some people you don't want to receive messages from. Therefore, you can easily block someone at any time!
- Visit the user's profile
- Tap on the three dotted icon
- Tap on 'Block or Report' and then 'Block'
Please note that that person will still be able to see your profile page and see if you are online (unless you using Incognito mode), but you won't receive his or her messages anymore.
All of your photos and videos must comply with our Terms and Conditions and Guidelines or they might get removed. You shouldn’t post photos or videos that you don’t own, which break copyright. If you violate our Guidelines or Terms and Conditions, we may be forced to delete your account.
It's easy to edit your profile by doing the following:
In your dashboard, click on edit profile, in edit profile, follow the prompts to dit photos.
If you can't see a particular conversation, it's because the other person has deleted their account or has been blocked for violating our guidelines. Unfortunately, we're unable to provide you with detailed information about a specific user.

If someone is harassing you on Zenklionect or in real life, here's how to block and report them. Make sure you tell us everything so we can help.
Harassment can be sexual or non-sexual. So, they might do things like:
- Make you feel uncomfortable by messaging you too much.
- Continue to message you, even after you've asked them not to.
- Stalk your profile on social media or create multiple accounts to message you.
- Use threatening or aggressive language on Zenklionect or in real life.
- Make unsolicited sexual advances, like sending you non-consensual explicit images or touching you inappropriately.
- Show up at your home or workplace without your consent.

Unsolicited or non-consensual sexual content is never OK. We want to protect you, so if someone sends you a potentially explicit photo, we'll blur it first and let you know. It's your choice to reveal the photo or report the person who sent it. Also we offer sexual organ picture censoring on our premium plan.

Zenkonect Premium is subscription-based, which means that the service renews automatically. You can buy Zenkonect Premium for various periods of time.
You can manage your Zenkonect Premium subscription by going to Payment settings in the Settings menu.
You will be able to cancel your Zenkonect Premium subscription by going to your 'Payment settings' in the Settings menu.
Please contact our Customer Care team if you have any enquiries relating to payment issues. To do this, just open your profile page and select Help.
Open your profile page and click on upgrade, then choose one of our payment methods available and then follow the on screen instructions. You can manage your Premium subscription by going to Payment settings in the Settings menu.
To report an ad, select the AdChoices icon in the top corner of the ad. You'll then be prompted to select a reason from the list.
If this isn't available or you need more help, contact us directly to bring the inappropriate ad to our attention.
Follow these steps to manage your privacy:
- Go to your profile.
- Search, so people can’t find your profile on the internet. Open Settings.
- Go to Privacy.
You can show or hide your online status and location, and limit who sees your profile. You can also turn off public
